Urban Dirtworks Inc. believes the health and safety of their employees is of the utmost importance in the conduct of their business. With commitment from all employees they will strive to create an injury free workplace.

We are committed to maintaining a strong and effective health and safety program. Our program has been designed to provide the best possible protection to our employees and prevent unforeseen hazards, which may result in accidents, property damage, or environmental impact.

Management accepts the responsibility to lead by example and ensure that all aspects of the program are being applied and enforced. Management is committed to provide ongoing safety education and training for all employees.

Supervisors are responsible for implementing the site safety program and to ensure that all employees are educated to work in a safe manner. Thay are required to use all protective devices and procedures provided by Urban Dirtworks Inc. and as government legislation dictates to protect and promote health and safety in the workplace.

Workers are responsible to work in accordance with company procedures and wear all PPE as directed. Workers must also report any unsafe work conditions to their supervisor to protect themselves and other co-workes as soon as they are detected.

Urban Dirtworks holds a current Certificate of Recognition (COR) with the Alberta Construction Association.
